At Averla Fashion, we work hard to offer good quality styles at affordable prices. However, if you believe you received a damaged or defective item, or an item different from what you ordered, we’re here to help.

You have 10 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, please contact us through the marketplace messaging system where you placed your order or email us at [email protected]. Be sure to include clear photos showing the damage, defect, or issue with the item.

Once your return request is approved, we will send you a free return shipping label. After we receive the item, we will process either a full refund or a replacement, depending on your preference.

Returned items must be in their original condition as received — unworn, unused, and with all original tags and labels attached.
